Signing Up

To register a new account, click the New Customer link, located on the left upper side of the page, below the login form on any page. You will be asked to fill in your email address. We will use it to send you a key, which we will require back from you on the next page. Having your email address verified is essential for your tigernet.no service. Once you enter your key, you will be asked to choose a password.

Your activation key email

Please allow some time for your activation key email to arrive. If you do not get any activation key whatsoever, get in touch so we can help!

Hotmail users: We really can't emphasise on this enough. For a reason unknown to us, our emails to Hotmail go missing or are delivered to the Junk folder (although we do not spam our users). We really can't do anything about it. Please use another service.

Your account

Once registered, you can make changes to your account from the My Account pages.

Please bear in mind that we expect you to read, understand, and agree to our Terms and Conditions if you wish to register.

Retrieving a lost password

When retrieving a lost password you will be asked for your email address. We will then send you a key which you can use to reset your password.

I have trouble adding an address!

Sometimes, on names, streets, or cities, that contain accented characters such as ô, å, ë and others, the system may refuse to register an address. If you encounter such an error, please try to substitute regular characters. If that still won't work, please get in touch, so we can help registering your address.
