"Sulla linea dell'orizzonte tra questa vita e quella di tutti" is the brandnew release from Raein: the legendary Italian screamo band, that celebrates nowadays its 10 years of activity. The record combines old time inspirations from bands like Portraits of Past with new glimpses from 90s grunge and even smashing pumpkins'romanticism. The sound is still rough and powerful, but drums often indulge in hypnotic beats, and guitars in melodies of shivering sadness. vocals are a joint effort this time, being mostly a choral result of driving intensity. Raein bring the direction they took in their previous "Ogni Nuovo Inizio" a step further, 10 new tracks, for a definitely mature product, still keep that certain freshness of urgency the band had in their previous releases, totally intact. After 10 years in the punk-hard core scene and worldwide collaboration with independent labels, finally this album comes out as a complete self-release, as a genuine manifesto of DIY approach.
